Born on 12th May, 1951. Engr. Kadiri obtained B.Sc (Hons) Eng (Civil) 1975, M. Sc., D.I.C (Civil Eng. Hydraulic) 1978. He participated in the Chief Executive Programme, Lagos Business School in 1996 and PMP, 1997. He started his career as Pupil Engineer at Water Resources & Engineering Construction Agency (WRECA), Kano in 1975-’76. In 1976, he joined Adeyemi Ogundipe & Partners as a Pupil Engineer and got promoted to Senior Engineer in 1985. He became Partner, Adeyemi Ogundipe & Partners in 1985 to 1992 where he participated intensively in the design of building structures in steel and reinforcement concrete and later moved to the Public Health Engineering division to acquire expertise in water resources development and wastewater management.
Engr. Kadiri served as steering Group Member, Global Transport Knowledge Partnership, gTKP a DEFID Programme whose purpose is to gather and make information on road transportation available to developing countries with the aim of reducing poverty and improving quality of life. He is a Mentor, FIDIC Young Professional Training programme.
He served as Executive Director, AOP-Consult Limited between 1993 and 1997 and retired to set up the Comprehensive Project Management Services (CPMS) which offers services in various fields including structural design, water and wastewater management, housing development and construction, training, facilities management and project management. He also served in various committees including Fate Foundation, Governor Gbenga Daniel Transition Committee 2003, Governor Bola Tinubi Transition Committee, and the Lagos Committee on Collapsed Buildings.
Engr. Adeola is a COREN Registered Engineer, Past President, Association of Consulting Engineers Nigeria (ACEN) and was given Merit Award for ‘Re-engineering ACEN for the New Millennium’. He is a Council member, Nigerian Society of Engineers; Council member, Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria; Past Secretary, Group of African Member Association of FIDIC; Fellow, Institute of Structural Engineers.
